Summary: The Factory Managerr is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the food manufacturing process to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of the facility, including production, quality control, logistics, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a
commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines. Monitor production output, manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and optimize workflow to maximize efficiency.
•  Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality control technicians.
• Foster a positive and safe working environment and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintenance & Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment and machinery. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady and timely supply of raw materials. Manage logistics for the distribution of finished products.
•  Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Must be willing to work in Amarapura Township, Mandalay.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production management software is an advantage.
