Field Activation Team leader to manage all the projects assigned by AFAM, supervise, and accomplished as schedule plan.
Coordinate with relevant APDM team, brand team, sales team & branch in charge to achieve 100% project completion with good result.
Drive area all the team member to achieve KPI.
Build the team to be more skillful and giving both on field training.
