- Prepare regular reports on status of collections and visits to the responsible overdue accounts.
- Sound and proven knowledge in collection process to do reduce delinquent accounts and repossess and nature of business and industry.
- Reports to Manager on the collection results on respective HP cases.
- Supports to Manager and other FCO in collection process.
- Use the daily computer-generated delinquent reports even field visit showing all accounts with excesses whether there where instalment payment both Interest and Principle are not paid as and when due.
- Daily follow up for delinquent accounts completely and effectively.
- To carry out any other duties or special project which may be assigned to you from time to time by Manager.
- Travel to different location to meet and agreement with delinquent customers and recommending any possible solution with customers by SOP.
- Can explain for delinquent case conditions and well understand to do repossess if need.
