  • Initiate & propose creativity and Life Time Value (LTV) of POSM materials
  • Briefing to Vendors for all production material & promotion
  • Aligned with finance team for marketing POSM
  • Aligned with the vendors for POSM production and delivery
  • Tracking and monitoring of all POSM preparations and actual roll out with internal team
  • Communicated with S&D team for Citizens promotion POSM
  • Communication with S&D and Partnership team for POSM request
  • POSM placement alignment with G&G, Capital Retail & Agents, Merchants with marketing operations team
  • Deal with Operation Team to distribute POSM  
  • Brand Visibility Audit according to requirement or quarterly basis
  • Citizens Pay Production to branding and communication material
  • Market visiting for Citizens agent/ merchant stores and G&G convenience stores
  • Market visit to A&M outlets, collecting market feedback and promoting Citizens brand to A&M
  • Assisting on ground activations and operations of Citizens
  • Tracking all competitors’ activities and promotions for Trade Marketing & Ground Activation
  • Create Marketing Plan for both Online & Offline Partnerships Team and Campaigns with Marketing Head and Management Team

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in marketing/ digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
