Manage end to end fieldwork operation activities for all the research types; qualitatives and quantitative research via face to face, telephone, online.
Plan for recruiting the respondents and getting appointments scheduled for certain types of research.
Participate in project planning by assigning the manpower and timeline allocation between ongoing projects.
Develop the operation and fieldwork budget and timeline for every project before kick off.
Understand the product owner’s needs in terms of sampling of the market and advise the sampling strategy based on the needs.
Interact and coordinate with scripters to ensure the proper development of scripting.
Administer data collection and provide front line supervision to the interviewers to make sure the quota is met and data quality is not compromised.
Assess and mitigate the risk on the fieldwork and support the management with the options to make the decision.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
A minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a research management capacity.
Supervisory experience, preferably in a research recruitment, or research environment.
Ability to effectively supervise survey interviewers, achieve quality and productivity standards.
