  • Follow up on recruitment, renewal and prospective members
  • Requesting and preparation of member's information for new applicants
  • Perform membership related administrative duties

 

Event Management

  • Assist in event planning and execution
  • Perform other event logistics

 

Administration

  • Assist in ad hoc Assignments as assigned by supervisors

 

Finance

  •  Handle full set of accounts for a reputable NGO
  •  Various kinds of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports as per guidelines
  • Handle banking, deposits/transfer
  • Handle invoicing/payables
  • Assist in annual audit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Accounting
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Previous working experience in NGO advantageous
  • Hardworking, honest and positive working attitude
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Proficient in English/Burmese
  • Detail oriented, able to work on multi-tasks at the same time
