  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support business units with financial modeling, business case evaluations, and decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial management.
  • Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
