လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsible for compilation of Financial Statements under MFRS/ IFRS (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash flow).
Responsible for maintaining General Ledger and necessary journal entries and reviewing monthly account reconciliation.
Liaise with operational managers/ branch managers on finance matters. Handling of the problems encountered by the teams with IT.
Manage team of Fixed Assets, AR and AP to ensure comply with the Bank’s Policy requirement.
Responsible for managing all finance controls and accounting processes, management of accurate and timely financial reports to Head of Finance/ CFO/Financial Controller.
Responsible for reviewing and interpreting new CBM regulations which impact regulatory reporting.
Manage the year end close process for financial reporting in accordance with the accounting standards and timeline.
Participate financial modelling, business plan assessment and analysis on potential investment.
Develop accounting and management policies & procedures.
Oversee and monitoring the accuracy of accounting entries in ensuring with Accounting Standards.
Support and coordinate with external auditor in order for annual audit process and review audited report.
Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by the Senior Finance Team to assist in achieving Finance Department objectives.
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and local regulators.
Monitor cash balances and cash forecast for Funding.
Lead and motivate team members in various stages of change management process.
Produce high quality work output to required standards.
Work effectively to meet deadlines and organize workload and priorities.
Produce consolidated budget and forecasts in line with timetable agreed with the Head of Finance.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

ACCA / CIMA or its equivalent.
Highly proficient Microsoft Office user especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Substantial accounting experience in a busy, progressive and tightly managed medium sized business, including: monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, financial modelling, cash flow reporting and statutory accounts.
High adaptability and influencing skills to manage change.
Fluent in Burmese and English preferred.
Ability to develop and improve report formats in line with business.
Ability to deliver accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards.
At least 10 years overall experience in leadership positions with 5 years’ experience in financial/management accounting environment.
