  • To analyze Fixed network traffic and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend to improve service quality
  • To Enhance the analysis (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and others data) to get the best results
  • To make traffic and TT analysis report timely
  • To present traffic analysis report to Management
  • To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments to accomplish the solution of customer feedback
  • To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, Python)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor of Engineering (prefer networking)
  • Good negotiation and coordination with related team
  • Experience in monitoring network traffic and reporting
  • Analytic skill (Advance Excel, Prefer Power Query, Power pivot)
