Roles & Responsibilities

• Allocate new FTTH installation sites to relevant subcontractors or partners based on their capacity, expertise, and location.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the NOC, subcontractors, and partners to facilitate smooth installation processes.
• Keep track of installation status for all assigned sites, ensuring that timelines are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
• Oversee the provisioning of ONUs, ensuring that all necessary configurations are correctly implemented.
• Regularly update the installation status and progress in the project management system and provide detailed reports to the NOC Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved, including subcontractors, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure that all installations meet company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations. (Fresher can also apply)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications, preferably in FTTH installations. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with ONU provisioning and network configuration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
