  1. Lead the design and execution of various graphic design projects, including marketing materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements), digital assets (social media graphics, website banners), presentations, and branding elements.
  2. Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate messages and achieve business goals.
  3. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and adherence to brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
  5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve design quality and efficiency.
  7. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  8. Contribute to the development of design systems and templates to streamline workflows.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Any Graduate
  2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  3. Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, creativity, and a diverse range of design projects.
  4. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  5. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
