We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Learning and Development team and get involved in creating an innovative e-learning experience. You will design and deliver learning/training material and job aids through multiple channels. This role will be exposed to a variety of design software and tools and thus requires a technically oriented, creative and motivated individual with graphic design and illustration background.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and edit audio/video media for training modules, supplementary learning material and job-aids.
• Develop highly visual and interactive learning content.
• Work to deadlines and budgets.
• Curate training material and maintain product knowledge by working closely with trainers.
• Engage with intended audience and collect feedback.
• Ensure the quality of the learning channel material.
• Engage with and manage external agencies and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Expectations & Personal Traits
Essential
• Be creative and have an eye for detail.
• Good graphical design skills with the ability to create quality graphics.
• Motivated to seek out answers, generate innovative ideas, and develop new skills.
• Work effectively as part of a team or individually.
• Passion for training is highly desirable.

Experience
Essential
• 3 to 4 years of related professional or educational experience in a progressive work environment.
Education & Special Training Essential
• Bachelors’ Degree (or) Advanced certificate in Education, Business, IT, Fine Arts, Human Resources or related areas.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design software.
• Knowledge in layout and UX designs.

Languages
Essential
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in Myanmar and functional English.
