Key Areas of Accountability
Develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand for all products under his or her management
Weekly monitor the subordinate’s sales area for Display, regular coverage, stocks placement, secondary sales & competitor activities
To provide timely sales & marketing evaluation report to Business Head, Principals
Can travel any areas when it is necessary
Can spend time for concern products without office hour
Can communicate smoothly, negotiate effectively, good relationship with any Supplier who is from media agency, research company, concern principal and supplier
Can make and create strategically Trade promotion & End-user promotion for concern products
Can work and cooperate closely with all concerned internal departments

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
MBA or Advanced degree in related field is preferable
Written English & Spoken Skill
At least 5 years experience in product management and related experiences
