- Development of Brand plan and Execution plan for respective brands

- Coordinate with different channel teams for proper execution of the plans for the year, support all -channel teams with POS, gimmicks and closely monitor them

- Provide Training and develop competencies of channel members for proper executions

- Measure activities done with proper analysis and feedback

- Frequent market visits to understand marketing behavior, implementations and report back

- Coordination with Media Agency for Media plan (ATL), and Plan BTL, consumer and trade promotions

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Degree in MBBS (or) B Pharm

- At least (3) years experiences in relative field

- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal

- Should have experience of handling same products or category or segment

- Developing & maintaining rapport with new as well as existing customers

- Self motivation as well as team motivation

- Strong analytical , negotiation & communication skills

- High level of initiative & Proactive
