- Overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget.

- Working on a wide variety of projects, from office developments to houses or schools and colleges to road and rail schemes.

- Being the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as the contract lasts.

- Managing the Yangon branch office and site

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering

- Strong Experience as project manager/ contract manager

- Building experience or QS experience (need to understand about quotation/ BQ)

- Overall experience should be around 10 years

- Prefer Male (above 35 years)

- English is required
