EXERA is Myanmar’s leading Security Company providing risk management, consultancy, manned guarding, secure logistics and cash in transit services. As part of our growth strategy we are developing facilities management capabilities. Reporting to the CEO, the role of the Head of Facilities Management will be to lead, manage and win FM support services contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an FM strategy that enables EXERA to target opportunities with existing and new customers and sectors
• Be the subject matter expert for all FM issues particularly in relation to cost models; the successful candidate must understand productivity calculations for labour, materials and equipment in various different environments and have been involved in producing customer quotations/estimates/bids previously
• Lead the sales effort for customer opportunities
• You will manage and coordinate the delivery of efficient and cost effective services to maintain professional and legal compliance in a variety of business environments

• Lead, coach and develop the FM team to meet the needs of the business
• Work with the Procurement Team to ensure the selection and appointment of external vendors.

• Extensive background in facilities management particularly cleaning/reception/etc.
• Specific Health, Safety & Environmental understanding.
• Financial knowledge including cost models, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good English written and oral communication skills.
• Candidates from Cleaning companies with Business Development or Operational backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply.
