The Operation Manager is expected to work on managing the operations of the BU’s trading business.
The BU’s current trading is formed of commodity products (rice, corn etc.) and premium products (premium rice, premium beans etc.). He or she will work on managing the operation from cargo preparation, logistics arrangement, export procedures, etc. Also will be required to supervise the sorting facility team’s operation.
He or she is required to work closely with the BU’s trading operation members, sorting facility members, also the Contract Farming team which is in charge of producing the products.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

University graduate.
Experience at Trading related firms are necessary.
Proficiency in Burmese and English language
Basic understanding of international trade
Open to travel remotely to understand the procurement operation in rural areas.
High result orientation and ability to challenge status quo
Generate reports & monitor action plans leading to performance results
