  • Assess Risk Governance and Compliance within the business
  • Assist in developing and executing risk culture strengthening activities
  • Assist with the development of compliance plans and review the status of compliance risk and mitigating activities
  • Design, plan and implement overall risk management process
  • Minimize fraud, reputational and other losses/ impacts for the business
  • Prepare risk evaluation which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying and describing the risks affecting the business such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors

  • Master or Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Minimum 5 years' of related working experiences in Banking, Microfinance, Fintech and other financial institutions
  • Prefer candidates with strong background in Finance, Economics, Law, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance and Statistics
  • Good communication in English
