  • Lead and oversee the overall sales operations for the Elevator Business Unit.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and annual business plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Represent the company in tenders, client meetings, and presentations as required.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the Elevator / Escalator or M&E industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Myanmar.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • High integrity, positive attitude, and strong teamwork spirit.
