HR

  1. Produce employee attendance report & submit to HOD .
  2. Produce daily attendance report
  3. Ensure employee leave status (Casual/ /Unpaid) are updated daily.
  4. Keep track of employee probation/ confirmation period.
  5. Prepare confirmation letters/ warning letters or any other related HR letters.
  6. File all letters to employee personal files, scan to global wave HR attachment weekly.
  7. Prepare and update employee file whenever employee leave / join.
  8. Submit recruitment ads @ journal / jobsite / facebook group and coordinate with hr colleague for online agency for vacancy.
  9. Send to job application form to candidates from Job Net and Email CV
  10. Checking the applicant's documents the original for the interview
  11. Coordinate interviews between candidate and interviewers.
  12. Prepare performance appraisals for employees.

 

Admin

  1. Maintain & produce monthly virus scan report for all issued computer.
  2. Assist in helping out network setup/ printer & scanner setup/ install software application.
  3. Keeping monthl record of Fuel / desktop inventory/ staffs’ uniform/Stationary/ House keeping   Stock taken ,Medicine  and issue the above mentioned inventory.
  4. Help to plan car route when admin is absent.
  5. Yearly company car license renewal.
  6. Daily record for checkpoint of  security route.
  7. Able to communicate with Government office .
  8. Able to go downtown .

  • Any Bechelor’s Degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experiences in related fields
  • At least age 25 years and above.
  • Need to have advance excel skills
