1. Personal
- Responsible for all related activities in human resources and recruitment process.
- Coordinate with all related departments to create organization structure and human resources required.
- Transfer all requirements into company recruitment and development plan plus all related documents such as job description,
training plan, company regulations, work contract, and staff profile.
- All recruitment processes and activities including posting jobs opportunity, application, interviewing and contracting.
- All control and improvement processes and activities including time attendance, training and performance appraisal.
- Participate in all company communication and labor affairs.
- Support for Human Resource & Salary Management
- Responsible for Payroll & Income Tax, SSB Calculation
- Other jobs assigned by the manager.

2. Administration
- Responsible for all office infrastructure and facility.
- Contact with administrator and support.
- Contact Cooperate with the government sector.

3. Purchasing
- Sourcing & Negotiation supplier
- Purchasing Order Process
- Following shipping documents until process complete.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Male or Female
- 25-30 years old
- Any graduated. Prefer Dip in HRM and/or other Int’l HR certificate.
- At least 3 years in the HR field or related fields

Special Qualifications :
1. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Good communication in Myanmar Language and Thai Language
3. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
4. Willing to travel to the operation side.
5. Can start of work on April 01, 2019
