  • Resposible for HR functions such as daily attendance entry, Leave entry 
  • Prepare and incharge for monthly payroll data calculation which to be passed to Account Department
  • Responsible for Staff related issues such as  buying Insurance, SSB Contribution payment
  • Keep proper filing system for both hard and soft documents files
  • Copying, Scanning, Distribution documents which are related to HR  Department.
  • Back up for Senior HR Assistant of HR  Department.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by Superior.

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a  HR Assistant.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word/Excel is a MUST)
  • Excellent Team Spirit
  • Quick Learner
  • Able to work under pressure while performing multi functions.
  • Must be able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone
