- Implement HR policies and procedures;
- Ensure all company rules & regulations and legal compliance.
- Responsible for implement MPP, Talent acquisition and people flow, PM and PA under the instruction of HR Manager;
- Arrange orientation program;
- Liaise with external training providers and educational institutions to identify appropriate external training solutions;
- Assists in the implementation of OD action plans as and when required;
- Do any ad-hoc HR procedures under the instruction of HR Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any graduate with HR Diploma.
- At least 4 years working experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledgeable in HR process and HRIS.
- Must have knowledge in labor law.
- Skilled in the art of multitasking
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
- Exhibits professionalism at all times
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Good in English 4 skills. (Intermediate Level)
