Supervise the Recruitment & Selection Process to ensure that staffing requirements are met in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
Develop a systematic and standardized Policy, Producers, and SOPs for the organization.
Monthly attendance and payroll.
Solving of Staff issues and disputes.
Prepare annual HR Plan and implement HR process according to the plan.
Carrying out activities related to monthly Labor Office, SSB Office process.
Organizing Welfare Programs for Employees

Any Graduate with Human Resources Management Diploma and Master in Business Administration
Understanding HR Management principle and able to work independently
Must be able creatively HR policies and implementation HR procedure
Good communication skills able to engage with all levels of employee
Must be able to handle of Recruitment & Selection process and daily HR operation
Must be knowledge of labor law, SSB and Income Tax
Must be expecting computer & IT skills
Must have 3 years experiences in HR Management fields
Must have Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Organizational development through approach to work
Proficient in English 4 skills
