  • ဆိုင်များနှင့် စက်ရုံအတွက် ဝန်ထမ်းခန့်အပ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • အလုပ်လျှောက်ထားသည့် CV များ အချက်အလက်မှန်ကန်မှုနှင့် လိုအပ်သည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြည့်စုံမှုရှိ/မရှိ စစ်‌ဆေးပြီး HOD ထံသို့ တင်ပြရန်။
  • အလုပ်ခေါ်စာများအား သင့်တော်သည့် Channel များတွင် ကြော်ငြာပေးရန်။
  • ဌာနနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ရုံးစာများပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ EC/ NDA ချုပ်ဆိုခြင်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
  • SSB Card လျှောက်ရန် လိုအပ်သည့်ကိစ္စရပ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။ လိုအပ်ပါက အစိုးရရုံးများသို့ သွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။

  • ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) တက္ကသိုလ်တက်ရောက်နေသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • HR Certificate (or) Diploma ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Computer (MS Word,  Excel) ကျွမ်းကျင်၍ Internet/ E-mail အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ရုံးလုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အစိုးရရုံးများ ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာနိုင်ပြီး ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
