The purpose of this job is to design and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees by coordinating cross functional teams.

  • Collaborate with other internal teams and senior management to determine gaps in skills and knowledge and perform a thorough training needs analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver training courses.
  • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
  • Oversee or develop the production of manuals, instruction materials, aids, and classroom handouts.
  • Supervise structured learning experiences and also oversee their results.
  • Evaluate employees' skills and performance quality.
  • Identify training needs according to operational requirements.
  • Implement training KPIs.
  • Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least 2 years’ experience in training or communication
  • 1 – 2 years in retail or business environment
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Proficiency in Training and communication both verbal and visual
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Good understanding/ interest of digital tools/ technology and latest trends
