Responsible for all HR Manager Work Loads
Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, compensation and benefits
Design and develop employee policies and procedures, employee handbook, Org Chart, Pay structure, Positioning and so on
Dealing with all the compliance with all labor laws and SSB law
Analyze, Establish and conduct training programs for all the departments that are needed to be trained
Manage and organize organizational Disciplines, probation evaluation, performance management process for increment, transfer, termination of staffs
Handle employees complaints and grievances
Planning and Budgeting for HR processes

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate with 5 years experience in HR and minimum 3 years in Managerial position or MBA graduate with 2 years in HR
Good Communication skills in both written and spoken in English
Management skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, Time Management skills
Diploma in Human Resources Management
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
