Plan and implement recruitment and selection processes as determined by business
needs and the Human Resources Policy.
• Source of talent through various effective channels in fulfilling business needs.
• Supervise and attend collective negotiations with Unions in the Operating Company.
• Advise on all matters of domestic enquiry, labor law and practice.
• Take part in the establishment and execution of the engagement programs/actions to
ensure high levels of employee engagement.
• Manage and execute the implementation of the SEES Action Plan and monitor its
impact and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement the effective systems and internal communication channels
to facilitate timely and relevant information exchange between the company and its
employees.

Expertise : Desired experience managing employee relations and engagement for at least five years.

Knowledge and Skills : Desired Organization and Planning skills, Negotiation skills,Compensations and labor regulations knowledge; IT skills,English skills. Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.

Education : Desired completed university education in Human Resources, Administration or Business.
