An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee the recruitment process on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews, and analysing turnover data.
  • Update and maintain job requirements and descriptions for all positions to reflect organizational needs.
  • Orientation for each new hire, and introducing HR handbook
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary increments, performance appraisals, and bonus.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that all employee appraisals are completed within the deadlines and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedure.
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws, including employment, Social Security Board (SSB), income tax, and Labour laws.
  • Oversee lawful employee terminations and final settlements, ensuring the return of company property and recovery actions as necessary.
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metric
  • Check to field locations to support line managers and conduct monitoring visits
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Additional jobs will be assigned by Director.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Masters’ preferred
  • Seven or more years of HR experience required
  • Excellent in computer skills (word, excel, power point, internet, email & outlook mail).
  • Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Well perform the problems solving skills & communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour law
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
