Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Participate in Training, counseling, and coaching the staff.
Participate in Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Participate in writing Rules and Regulations, Organization Chart & SOPs
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Participate in Attendance Checking & Payroll Administration
Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly HR budget
Participate in Conducting performance and wage reviews
Developing clear departmental policies and ensuring policy awareness
Creating clear and concise reports.
Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Cooperation in Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Regular check Sales Branches
Building employee engagement
Coordination and cooperation with Branch Managers/Line Managers
