Be responsible to manage the design for the system architecture and network which related Billing systems comprehensively and keep it stable.
To manage cost effective with innovative solutions, to research the technical trend and cost validity.
To prepare the budgets to realize the technical solutions and explain to managements.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
To resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the system and network infrastructure before and after launch
To make sure integrations / data synchronization between the system and network elements and 3rd party systems.
To make sure system performance KPI and make plan for monitoring procedure and capacity planning
To report the current task progress periodically.
Mandatory : Manage and maintain Oracle Databases for telecom platforms.
Monitor VMware virtual environments.
Perform Linux server administration (RHEL/Oracle Linux).
Handle hardware setup, diagnostics, and replacement.
Ensure system availability, backup, and disaster recovery.
Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts.
Apply security patches and system updates.
Document configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field
Experience with Oracle DB (19c) and SQL/PLSQL.
Proficiency in VMware ESXi, vCenter
Strong knowledge of Linux OS and command-line tools.
Understanding of telecom system architecture.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Communication and logical explanation skill
Deep consideration for system solution
Minimum 3 years in IT, IT business support system, service launch delivery and telecom related infrastructure work (Architecture, Network, Security)
