  • Promote and sell a variety of general insurance products
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
  • Perform needs analysis to assess client needs.
  • Provide excellent client service to maintain existing client base.
  • Recommend insurance solutions that are aligned to clients' needs.
  • Support and participate in sales campaign and roadshows to facilitate new business development and branding.
  • Follow up with claims matters filed by clients
  • Process all policy administration request
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly target

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree with at least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
  • Strong leadership and possess entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
  • Good command of both English Burmese (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Insurance license holder preferred
