Prepares and delivers medicines; ensures that prescriptions are filled correctly and in a timely manner.
Ensure the maintenance of regulatory databases and departmental filing systems to facilitate accurate and retrievable records of department activities.
Troubleshoots to obtain missing prescription information and interprets medical abbreviations.
Making inbound & outbound calls to customers to upsell the business’s products and services.
Reviewing customer or client accounts, following up on customers’ needs and requirements on medications.
Handling prescription requests and validations in a timely manner is given priority.
Performing order confirmation and payment verification.
Cold-calling and explaining to customers about various medications' benefits.
Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned

Undergraduate or graduates from University of Pharmacy
0 to 2 years of working experience
Excellent English – writing and speaking
Passion to work in a dynamic working environment
