5. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate data management.

6. Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, invoices, goods received notes, and payment requests.

7. Prepare supplier performance reports (e.g., on-time delivery, product quality).

English Version

1. Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferably with a Science or Pharmacy background).

2. Prior experience in Purchasing within a Pharmacy, Hospital, or Medical Store is preferred.

3. Must have strong relationship-building and communication skills with suppliers.

4. Able to use Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.

5. Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.

6. Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to make sound decisions.
