Job Description for Ramp Officer, Ground Operations Department

Oversee all ramp operations related to aircraft arrival and departure.
Ensure timely and safe loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail.
Conduct ramp safety inspections and ensure all staff use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report and document any incidents, damages, or safety breaches immediately.

Bachelors’ Degree or above in Business or related field.
Strong communication & outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail an accuracy
Customer service-oriented with a focus on improving passenger experience.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Advance Excel & internet / email skills.
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
Able to work shift duty, including midnight shifts.
Flexible for overtime & location changes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
