  1. To provide technical support, helpdesk support both hardware and software to end users.
  2. Software & System installation and maintenance.
  3. Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete
  4. Install configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, anti-virus, printer, scanner and camera security.
  5. To assist and efficiency service to users in using computers and ICT equipment and  communication equipment, understanding policies and guidelines.
  6. Other related tasks of IT department.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
  2. At least1 year working experience with helpdesk.
  3. Knowledge in computer hardware, software installation, configuration and maintenance.
  4. Knowledge of computer application (LAN/WAN).
  5. Quick learner and able to learn.
  6. Ability to communicate in English.
