> Recognize the requirements from the Commercial side for STS (Sales Tracking System), IPCC, Customer Registration
> Request the vendor according to the requirement from the Commercial side
> Receive the Quotation from the vendor after negotiation for the price-down
> Start the development process upon the internal approval
> Accomplish the development process according to the targeted plan after starting it
> Coordinate with the Commercial side to have proper management over the vendor
> Investigate promptly the cause of failure, inform internally and take action to solve out the issue if there is any failure occurred after the release
> Manage for adjusting the budget of this fiscal year properly with focus on the targeted budget
