  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Set up accounts for new users and ensure proper access control and security.
  • Ensure timely backup and data recovery procedures are in place.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely updates/upgrades.
  • Assist with IT-related projects such as software upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, repairs, and warranty services.
  • Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Generate periodic reports on system performance, security, and usage.

  • Any graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree or Diploma in IT.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT operations or support roles.
  • Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including networking N+, office 365, Microsoft, Computer Hardware A+, CCNA, CCTV, PABX, computer Laptop, Desktop, Printer, scanner, projector, TV, UPS, Battery, inverter and other ELV system.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
