  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring computer hardware, printer, scanners, server, storage, switches, wireless accesspoint, firewal, CCTV, PA, VoIP, SDWAN, biometric system and network cable (Fiber optic and UTP).
  • Level- 1 support for IT business application such as SAP, HRM, WB.Net and Web base application.
  • Operational system support such as (VPN,0365, microsoft office suite, AutoCAD, adobe and endpoint solution).
  • Strong experience on (Windows server AD role, VMware, backup system and Layer - 1 to 7 network devices).
  • Knowledge on Linux system would be advantage.
  • Providing technical support across the company via ticketing system, email and phone.
  • Repairing and replacing IT related equipment as necessary.
  • To be ensure best practice IT procedure and guidelines.
  • Maintain and update IT documentations and ticketing.
  • Able to perform reporting.
  • Willing to learn new technologies.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Must be graduated,
  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience in related field. 
  • Have certificates such as Cisco certified network professional (CCNP), Cisco certified network associate (CCNA), Miscrosoft certified windows server administrations (MCSA) VMware certified associate (VCA) is more preferrable.
  • Positive attitude and good team player. 
  • Must be able to work at Thilawa.
