> Involve projects in JO side and support PM to control vendor
> Communicate and understand the requirement of key users and CXOs and represent JO in PMO.
> Facilitate with respective stakeholder and vendor in an implementation of projects.
> Negotiate and communicate with the vendor and key users &CXOs.
> Manage together with module leader, training leader and data migration leader.
> Responsible for creating and updating WBS and check items of each task and share with PMO.
> Focus the risk and issue and make measurements with the PM.
> Make suggestion and proposal to JO to optimize HR business process.
> Create project documents and/or review them provided by outside consultants/ vendors

> Project Management skills
> Negotiation skill
> Problem-solving skill
> English skill must be fluent
> Japanese skill is preferable
> Minimum 3 years of project management experience
> Minimum 2 years of HR implementation project
> Work closely with Japanese PM
