Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting, system upgrades, and performance monitoring.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
Utilize project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, including FTTX and ELV systems, and assess their potential impact on our business.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.
In-depth knowledge of FTTX (Fiber to the X) technology, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, and their applications.
Understanding of project management principles and experience in managing IT projects.
Minimum CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is required.
Extensive experience with brand IT products such as Cisco, Dell, HP, UniFi, and TP-Link,etc..
Age 30+ years preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel locally if needed.
