We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager of software development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software
• applications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure that software development projects meet or exceed quality standards
• Manage a team of software developers and ensure that they have the necessary resources to complete their work
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Improve business processes and project documentation
• Provide regular updates on project status to clients, upper management, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to develop project requirements and manage their expectations throughout the project
• Identify potential risks to the project and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate them
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development project management

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development project management
• Understand the basics of cloud computing, including cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid).
• Identify cloud infrastructure requirements for software development projects, such as computing, storage, and networking resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, third parties/vendors, and subject matter experts
• Have experience researching market trends, targeting relationships, and using proven methods to develop our business strategies
• Team management Skills, ability to delegate tasks and ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Experience with project management software and tools

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, as applied to software development projects

• The ability to multitask efficiently
