· Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for company products

· Create and maintain comprehensive project  documentation

· Provide introductory online & classroom training for company products

· Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

· Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Analyze Customer Journey Mapping touchpoints to maximize opportunities and enhance customer experiences

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically 

· Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Proven working experience in managing/leading IT projects

· Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

· Excellent written and verbal communication skill, with an analytical and creative mind

· Experience in Project Documentation is a plus
