An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The On-Site Support is responsible to support Customer ERP Workplace and related hardware monitoring.

Physically on-location at Customer Office including but not limited to:
• Will responsible for installation, customization, training and support services,
• Following the projects carried out within the company,
• Integration on the products for which it is responsible
• Provide on-site support for any ticket in Ticket Management Systems.
• Provide L1 support for incident / request and failure
• Escalate to L2 related ticket
• Provides Desk Side support services to end users when incidents cannot be resolved remotely through the Service Desk.
• Provide physical on-site and/or remote support services for end users in remote locations.
• Training new user
• Preparing documentation
• SLA Reporting

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end user support in different platform,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies,
• Detail oriented, self-starter, being able to manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines,
• Strong communication & negotiation skills, customer oriented,
• Having an ability to travel,
• Preferably no military service restriction for male candidates.
• Innovative and creative
• Ability to work in flexible hours depends on need
• Experienced with ITSM tools.
• MS Outlook, Office 365 user
• Overall technical understanding of all IT platforms and services
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
