Job Responsibilities
- Provide translation support for documents, announcement and information (including office documents, meeting minutes, etc). from Myanmar to Japanese and Japanese to Myanmar
- Interpret between staffs and members who have language deficiency to reduce the language barrier
- Support administration and HR tasks such as meeting arrangement, business trip arrangement, assignment of outsourcing staffs, attendance management of outsourcing staffs, etc
- Monitor department budget, expense and project state, payment state by quarterly
