The role is responsible for overall MarComms administrative tasks by office wise (Yangon and Mandalay). Design and support the administrative needs of
MarComms team and support the MarComms finance officer in day to day task.

  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone and physical mail
  • Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
  • Supporting the finance officer with finance department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers and needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Transportation arrangement for work shifts
  • Overall attendance reporting with approval.(Publishing monthly report.)
  • Highlight chronic issues on time.
  • Regular maintenance of office equipment and fixing problems before noticed by all.
  • Utilization of office car usage with approval.
  • Regular Admin Audit.(Process documentation)
  • Saving power supply.

  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of call center administrative tasks and process
  • some experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred
  • 3years+
  • Any Graduate 
  • proficient in relevant computer applications
  • good data entry and typing skills
