-Customer complaints headline solving
-Customer service maintain ONT and their network fault
-24/7 monitoring data centre and DC equipment
-Participate in a 24/7 duty shift monitoring data centre and facilities

-Network+
-CCNA, HCNA, MTCNA
-System administration
-At Least one year experience in networking field
