ROLE PURPOSE
The primary focus of this role is to develop reports/dashboards on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop standard, ad-hoc reports on time.
Liaise with departments to understand the reporting requirements if necessary.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• To fulfil reporting requirements from Central Bank of Myanmar, other regulatory and partner entities.
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to ensure the effective support to business need.
• Provide ad-hoc / special reports of high quality to different stakeholders and support them in their decision making.
• Help implement next generation of data warehouse systems if required.
• Work closely with data team, support and business teams.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver results while meeting deadlines.
• Good in Data interpretation and qualitative skills.
• Excellent competency in computer (MS Office – Excel)
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
• A high energy, self-motivated individual, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision to deliver results.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Able to execute and manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an evolving environment.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and the capability to interact with all levels of staff and with external vendors
• Flexible and available for a regular work and non-regular work (evenings and weekends) schedule as needed

Education & Special Training
Essential
• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications.
• Understanding on loans products nature.
Desirable
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.

Experience
Essential
• At least three years of experience in reporting area.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel.

Languages
Essential
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages.
