  • Work closely with related internal departments to engage customers and to deliver services to customers.
  • Establish the annual sales target of FTTH, DIA, IP Transit, DPLC, Colocation and Fiber infrastructure services.
  • Ensure all support or tasks requested by General Manager are done timely and effectively.
  • Develop, maintain strategic long-term relationships with existing high- volume clients and cultivate the good relationships with new potential clients.
  • Lead the sales Team to meet the individual sales target and make sure to have the same team vision.
  • Liaison with internal team members and external C-suite clients to maximize the mutual benefits
  • Monitoring and Accessing data trends regarding the internal and external environment to ensure company have the strategically important capabilities to outperform the market.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and general manager.
  • Supervise the wide variety of the marketing activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Prefer to have a degree or diploma in sales and marketing.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as key account sales manager.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent English skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
