A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform to achieve target reduction rate of rent by negotiating with landlord.
  • Find & collects the data information of the landlord to make renewal in advance monthly.
  • Check and prioritize the monthly renewal payment for landlord & update the negotiated rent weekly.
  • Prepare and report to summary of store opening, store closure process, kiosk & store renewal.
  • Making contract with landlord for renewal and arrange the payment process.
  • Prepare weekly payment plan, business & liquor license payment process, follow up for the renewal pending process.
  • Follow up the sign from related department heads & manager for PV & Contract.
  • Prepare the contract and keep it as hard copy and soft copy scan for every store and arrange to submit back advance claim form for every payment.
  • Pay the stamp duty for every new contract to tax office & deposit money to bank and reclaim.
  • Negotiate for rent reduction, store opening/ closing process, contract updating, overdue payment with landlord, kiosk location, making the contracts.
  • Good communication, problem solving and ridiculous to take certain work pressure
  • Good at concentrating and checking data and file keeping
  • Other ad hoc duties assign by HOD.

  • Any graduate, and contracting & leasing knowledge background will be advantage.
  • Minimum [3] years of experience in related field.
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
  • General English Skills is needed and familiar with Email.
  • Advanced MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Honesty, Hardworking and good teamwork.
  • Good with time management, must be obedient & result-oriented person.
